Better off Salford

Here at Salford we are committed to helping the public with whatever they need, however we can.

Better off is our new council lead service for people who live in Salford aimed to support residents with many things such as the cost of living, debt advice or even just a chat about any worries you may be having, we are here to listen and help.

BetterOff will show you the benefits you are entitled to and will help you to apply for them online. BetterOff also provides information on how to find and apply for jobs, or how to access any digital support you may require.

We can offer face to face help to the public and organisations, talk to a trusted face in a local place at one of our Gateways.

We might not be able to solve all your problems but there are lots of ways for you to get help. Whether you’re worried about benefits, debt, financial assistance, housing, health or wellbeing, or just need help getting online, chat in confidence with one of our friendly advisors.
