The King's Trust Programme

Worsley College delivers the King’s Trust Team Programme, a free 12-week personal development course designed for young people aged 16 to 25 who are not currently in full-time work or education. The programme provides a supportive and inspiring environment where participants can build confidence, develop practical skills, and prepare for their next steps.

Participants engage in team-building activities, a residential trip, a two-week work placement, and a community project that makes a meaningful impact. They also receive guidance on CV writing, interview preparation, and goal setting.

Based at Worsley College, the programme offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience, meet new people, and take positive steps towards a brighter future.
